\u201cAuderset kits\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n DO YOU WANT TO MAKE ALAIN\u2019S COMIC BOOKS KNOWN?<\/p>\n Having had the privilege to rub shoulders with Alain, it\u2019s true that the desire to promote his works has always been present in our family. We make the most of ideas for birthday presents, wedding presents, thank you presents, or simply for the pleasure in giving!<\/p>\n While visiting a church that we go to from time to time, I felt I wanted to take along with me his latest comic book; just off the press.\u00a0 (We always have a small stock at home in case!)\u00a0 With 4 comic books under my arm, and a news-letter \u201cEl Valero\u201d, I asked the elders permission to present the comic book: having done this the books were sold in a flash!\u00a0 From this experience came the idea to extend such occasions.<\/p>\n IF YOU HAVE THE SAME DESIRE AS I HAVE TO MAKE THE WORKS OF ALAIN KNOWN, OUR KITS MAY INTERESS YOU!<\/p>\n They could be used at various occasions such as; seminaries, worship evenings, fetes or others.<\/p>\n We have imagined two kits (cases) consisting of various articles from Alain\u2019s range of goods (only available in French).<\/p>\n Dominique Lachat.<\/em><\/p>\n _______________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n 22nd<\/sup> of August 2011.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Wonderful! Since last week, the studio has received 3 helpers to colour the comic books!\u00a0 Sometimes they also colour real things like this bench that will be put in front of the studio.<\/p>\n Jean-Vincent<\/strong>: A student in a school for creating video games in Paris.<\/em><\/p>\n Victor<\/strong>: A young Rumanian, full of the joys of life.<\/em><\/p>\n Salom\u00e9<\/strong>: (only with us for a week) who has achieved her own comic book page as well!<\/em><\/p>\n It\u2019s a little like a non-stop holiday camp here! We all accompanied Salom\u00e9 to the station (family and studio workers) and seeing the train pulling out, were all affected.\u2026.<\/p>\n Tuesday<\/strong>: We received a group of youngsters from Paris\u2026 they have come to re-paint the fence and at the same time to have a good time together.<\/p>\n Marjorie learns from Val\u00e9rie\u2026<\/p>\n Between a planetary vision and the day to day needs, happily there are:<\/p>\n Voluntary helpers:<\/strong><\/big><\/p>\n There is C\u00e9line without whom the newsletter addresses would be dancing the Samba; and Andr\u00e9 who often comes to the aide of computers having fits!\u00a0 Th\u00e9o, the upstairs neighbour, is always available, and Luc Normandin, the Pastor of the small Evangelical Church of the \u201cRoc\u201d (where Alain goes on a Sunday), is always ready to raise the troops moral; as well as so many others that one forgets to name here\u2026<\/p>\n There\u2019s always a place for you!<\/strong><\/p>\n The Auderset studio couldn\u2019t continue without all the willing people who gravitate around it.\u00a0 It\u2019s not just an artist\u2019s studio, it\u2019s a unified community motivated to share human values with our present society, in good fun and in fooling around.\u00a0 Whatever your abilities\u2026(despatches, transport, constructions, colourists, office work etc.,) we could do with your help!<\/p>\n We’re looking for…<\/strong><\/p>\n A pre-colourist (no need to be a professional, one learns on the job!)<\/small><\/p>\n A webmaster.<\/p>\n Several translators.<\/p>\n Someone to chop wood. This is because every time the artist comes back from his walks in the forest, he brings back a branch; and now, there are piles of them!\u00a0 Alain hopes one day to have a stove (with chimney) to heat his studio with\u2026..at least, the wood\u2019s already there \u2026.however, for the moment it is overflowing everywhere and needs chopping!<\/small><\/p>\n A fund raiser.<\/p>\n Some diggers for the cellar.
