Alain Auderset releases a new graphic novel. The imérien artist varnishes this Saturday the volume 4 of “Rendez-vous dans la forêt”. The first copies have already sold more than 25,000 copies across the Francophonie. The author tells us about the encounters in nature with passers-by, friends or even his Creator. With this new volume, it is above all behind the scenes of his life as an artist that Alain Auderset takes his readers. He takes them from the Frankfurt Book Fair to the dark night of the forest of St-Imier.



The opening takes place on Saturday. First online from 11 am. The doors of Alain Auderset’s Imérien workshop, at rue de la Malathe 14, will then be open to the public from 5 p.m.
It will be possible to obtain volume 4 of “Rendez-vous dans la forêt” at the counter of the post office in St-Imier and the surrounding villages. It will also be available on Alain Auderset’s website.

FR2 the comeback
There seems to be changes in religious broadcasting on FR2 (a French TV channel): 
They hired young filmmakers to renew the style. Quite naturally, a new team showed up at the Auderset workshop in order to get a new perspective on my forest!  
 
No matter how hard I tried to tell them that the conditions couldn't be worse to get nice shots that look good on a screen – 'coz visually speaking it was the time of the year when the trees are most ugly: no more leaves and no snow yet! – it didn't stop them. One of them even told me: "We rely on God!". 
?!… Wow, unusual kind of answer in that social environment… (unless it was a joke… !?)
 
A localized climatic miracle!
The crazy thing happened, as soon as they arrived: a snowstorm occurred!!! 
In record time, snow wrapped the forest in a beautiful white coat! 
The whole team witnessed it. The outcome was outstanding pictures!!! 
During the shooting, I insisted on the fact that we were to go in the forest not only to speak to God but to listen to Him all the more. 
As soon as they were done shooting, the snow melted! 
 
They were three, and two of them wrote to me that it had real struck them and that, since the shooting, they had been going in the forest to seek God, too. One of them even told me that he went there every day, since.
It's my prayer that, after the broadcast of this program, there will be thousands of them!!!

Mauvais moment
On dirait qu’il y a un truc qui bouge au niveau des médias. Les émissions protestante de FR2 ont engagé de jeunes cinéastes pour renouveler le genre.
C’est tout naturellement qu’ils se sont pointée à l’Atelier Auderset pour avoir un nouvel éclairage sur ma forêt !
J’ai eu beau leur expliquer qu’ils ne peuvent pas plus mal tomber – car visuellement, sur toute l’année, c’est maintenant que les arbres sont le plus moche : y a plus de feuilles ni de neige ! –, ça ne les a pas démonté plus que ça. L’un d’eux m’a même répondu : « On compte sur Dieu !».
?!…Wow, ce genre de réponse n’est vraiment pas habituel pour ce milieu… (à moins que ce soit un gag…!?)
 
Miracle climatique local !
Et le truc de ouf : dès leur arrivée, il y a eu une tempête de neige !!!
En un temps record, la forêt s’est recouverte d’un magnifique manteau blanc ! Toute l’équipe en a été témoin. Résultat : les images sont exceptionnelles !!!
Sur cette émission, j’ai insisté sur le fait qu’il faut aller en forêt, non seulement pour parler à Dieu, mais bien plus pour l’écouter ! Nous avons tous été touchés par cette intervention.
Dès qu’ils ont fini de filmer, la neige a fondu !
 
Ils étaient trois, et deux d’entre eux m’ont écrit que ce temps les a grave marqué, et que depuis le tournage, eux aussi vont dans la forêt pour y chercher Dieu. L’un d’eux m’a même dit qu’il y va quotidiennement depuis.
Je prie pour que suite à la diffusion de cette émission : ils soient des milliers !!!
